Distribution: India to China, Japan, Java, Malay Peninsula, New Guinea, Philippines, Sulawesi, Taiwan. CATANDUANES, LEYTE, LUZON, MINDANAO, MINDORO, NEGROS, PANAY. Notes: In most of all provinces in Luzon. Everwet primary and secondary forests, thickets, clearings, chiefly at medium elevation, ascending to 2000m. Fl./fr. Jan-Dec. Native.
